Karstädts Enzyma is a composition of the most important digestive enzymes necessary for the proper and complete breakdown of ingested food.
In an average adult, the digestive enzymes are far from optimal. This can lead to a biofilm forming (Please read the information on this page)

What are the digestive enzymes?
Digestive enzymes are certain substances contained in foods. They help to metabolise the food. Nature has foreseen that our food is full of digestive enzymes. Certain fruits and vegetables in the raw state are packed with enzymes – provided they are ripe and fresh. However, this is no longer the case with our modern diet. If enzymes are no longer or only partially present in the diet, they must work all the more. The pancreas also provides some enzymes. Increased intake as a dietary supplement thus relieves the pancreas and ensures optimal absorption of valuable nutrients.

Lack of enzymes in food
Vegetables, for example, usually contain all kinds of enzymes that are involved in their digestion. With modern farming methods and food preparation, however, these enzymes are completely lost. Enzymes in foods no longer work when heated above 40 to 45 degrees Celsius. Food should therefore be eaten completely raw in order to obtain these enzymes optimally. Eating raw food alone is usually not a solution, as the digestive system is no longer capable to do that for many people. In addition: only with heat can some nutrients fully unfold and develop.

Karstädt’s Enzyma – compensate for the lack of enzymes
Karstädts Enzyma has been specifically designed to aid digestion in these functions. The digestive system works optimally again and the food can be completely digested. This will lead to a better absorption of nutrients and also the nutrients that are broken down by cooking are best absorbed. The body is less burdened and stressed and can recover much better. A biofilm of undigested and non-bioavailable minerals (calcium, magnesium, iron, etc.), as well as yeasts, parasites, pesticides and other environmental pollutants, cannot form easily.

Karstädts Enzyma can be used in many digestive and intestinal problems, such as flatulence, intestinal spasms, inflammatory problems, diarrhea and constipation. But it is also an aid for preventing the build up of the slowly developing biofilm.

Karstädts Enzyma consists of the following ingredients:

Enzyma contains the following enzymes:

  • Lipase:
    Allows the digestion of fats.
  • Amylase:
    Allows the digestion of carbohydrates.
  • Protease:
Allows for the digestion of proteins.
  • Bromelain:
Has a supportive effect in the prevention of inflammatory reactions.
  • Papain:
Ensures better digestion of the cell walls of difficult-to-digest foods.
  • Pancreatic:
Allows the digestion of fats, carbohydrates and proteins.

  • Helps with food intolerances
  • Reduces reactions to food allergies
  • Improves nutrient intake in the gut
  • Supports organs in connection with the digestive system
  • Facilitates the absorption of energy in the body and thus leads to more vitality
  • Reduces the formation of biofilm
